Ingredients
1lb Round Steak Mince
250g Pork Sausage Meat
1 cup fresh Bread Crumbs
1 large Onion finely chopped
1 Whole Egg, lightly beaten
2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
3 tablespoons Parsley finely chopped
1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 teaspoon Mustard
Salt and Pepper

Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
Lightly grease a loaf tin and then press the meat mix into it. Cover the tin with aluminum foil. Place in a baking dish and into the oven for 1 ½ hours.
Remove the foil 30 minutes before the cooking time is up to brown the top.
