Discontinuation of Loyalty Fob System
Dear Customers,
For years, our loyalty program has been a way for us to thank you for your continued support and patronage. Your loyalty and satisfaction have always been at the heart of what we do at Ó’Crualaoí Butchers.
As part of our commitment to continually evolve and improve your shopping experience, we have decided to phase out our current fob-based loyalty system by 31st March 2024. This decision comes in response to valuable customer feedback and our observations on the program’s usage. Many of our customers have expressed the inconvenience of carrying a fob and we want to make every shopping experience with us as seamless as possible.
PLEASE REDEEM YOUR POINTS
We encourage you to redeem any accumulated points on your fob before the end of March 2024. These points are our way of saying thank you, and we would love for you to enjoy the benefits you’ve earned. Pop into any of our stores and our friendly staff will assist you with this.
