Ingredients:
4 Salmon Steaks
(Marinade)
2 tablespoons dry white wine
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ onion grated
1 small clove garlic crushed
¼ teaspoon black pepper
dash of tabasco sauce
Directions:

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Place the salmon in the bowl and cover with the marinade. Cover and leave in fridge for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. Cook on the barbecue on high heat for about 5 minutes on each side basting with the marinade all the time.
