Ingredients:
•700g Stuffed Pork Steak
•Streaky Rashers
•Veg of Choice
•2 cooking apples
•1 tsp. sugar

Apple Sauce:
1.Peel 2 cooking apples, quarter and remove the core.
2.Add into saucepan with 25ml of cold water & 1 tsp. of sugar. Cover and place on a medium heat for 4 minutes,
until apple has softened.
TIP: leave the the apple cut in quarters it will soften quicker then cutting up small. We promise!!

Method:
1.Pre-heat the oven to 170C-180C and heat a roasting tray in the oven.
2.Wrap the pork steak in streaky rashers – This can be done in the shops by any of our butchers, just ask!
3.Put equally sized cut roasties (rooster potatoes) into a pot of cold water and bring to the boil.
4.Place the pork steak on a preheated tray and into the oven at 170-180 for approx. 40 mins.
5.Once the potatoes are par-boiled and after about 10 mins of cooking the pork, add the potatoes onto
the roasting tray with the pork steak. Toss the potatoes in the pork juices, this will act as a glaze to
help crisp them up.
6.Cook your veg of choice. We chose carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
