Ingredients
1lb Beef stir fry with Tomato & Black Pepper Marinade
¼ Red Cabbage(Shredded)
3 Carrots Grated
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander
4 Pitta Breads
4 tbsp grated cheese
Directions
Place the stir fry covered in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 35 minutes until cooked through and tender.(give the beef a stir half way through cooking)
Make the red Cabbage slaw by combining the Red Cabbage, Carrots, Coriander and Mayonnaise together.
Warm the Pitta Breads in oven or microwave for a few seconds.
Slice the Pitta Breads to make a pouch. Fill the pitta breads with some Slaw and top with Beef Stir fry. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Serve immediately
For added heat you can add some sliced Jalapeno Chilli peppers on top of the slaw.
Note : The above recipe can be used using a flour tortilla wrap instead of a pitta bread
