Ingredients:

1.5 kg O’Crualaoi Award Winning Spiced Beef
1 Can Guinness or Murphys
Water to cover

Directions:

Place Spiced Beef in a heavy based saucepan and pour over guinness.
Cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
Simmer on low heat for approx 3 hours until tender.
Let cool in the liquid.
Remove – best served cold with a nice Red Onion Marmalade.
