(Serves 2)
Ingredients

8 Southern Fried Chicken Goujons(Bake in pre-Heated oven at 180c for approx 20 mins or until cooked through)
Sour cream dip (Mix all ingredients together)
5 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 chopped red chilli(remove seeds if you want it mild)
1 pinch salt
Oven Baked Wedges
450g potatoes, washed, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Directions
Preheat oven 220°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Cut the potatoes in half lengthways, and then cut each half into 1.5cm-thick wedges and place in a large bowl. Add the oil, salt and pepper and toss the potatoes until they are well coated with the oil. Spread the potatoes in a single layer skin side down over the lined tray and drizzle with any oil remaining in the bowl. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 200°C and bake, turning the potatoes every 10 minutes, for a further 30-35 minutes or until tender and crisp. Serve immediately with the Chicken & Sour Cream Dip.
