We choose two slow growing breeds that yield higher percentages of breast meat. As with all fresh meats, our Turkeys need to be refrigerated immediately upon collection at our stores. It is best to buy your turkey as close to Christmas as possible and store it in your fridge or freezer as soon as you can. Ideally a fresh turkey stored in your fridge should be cooked within two days from when purchased.
