Butterfly Leg of Lamb
With the bone expertly removed by our craft butchers, seasoned with cracked pepper & himalayan pink salt, and infused with fresh Garlic & Rosemary- we have all the work done for you! Presented on an oven-ready tray, you need only pop it in the oven for a beautifully succulent and aromatic roast!
Remove clingfilm and cover your lamb with tinfoil. Pop directly into the oven (170 degrees) for 1 hour. Remove tinfoil and cook for further 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let relax for 10mins before carving. Simply beautiful!
