O’Crualaoi’s `Ready to Roast’ Turkey Breast

1 Whole Turkey Breast Boned, Rolled and stuffed
12 streaky rashers (optional)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Popper (available from the butcher shop)


Place streaky rashers overlapping on the breast of Turkey.
Season with black pepper. Stick popper into the middle of the Turkey.
Cover tray with tinfoil and cook in oven at 170c for 2 hours.
Remove tin foil and finish cooking for approx another 30 minutes or until the middle of the popper is raised.
Let stand for 20 mins.
