Serves: 6

Ingredients
1lb Chicken stir fry with Garlic & Herb
1 Head of Chinese Leaves(Cut into chunks)
1 Packed of Bean sprouts
200ml of Chicken stock(made from a cube)

Directions
Heat a wok or a large pan over high heat. Add the Chicken Stir Fry and cook for 5-7 minutes stirring constantly until the chicken is cooked.
Add the Chinese Leaves, Stock & Cook for another 3 Minutes constantly stirring.
Add the Bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes .Serve immediately.
Great served with fluffy rice or noodles, cooked and tossed in a little light soy sauce.
Note :The above recipe can be used using any of the O’Crualaoi Beef or Chicken Stir Fry
