Ó Crualaoí Round Steak Mince
1 Tin Cooked Kidney beans drained
2 Tins Chopped Tomatoes
500ml Chicken Stock (use a cube and water)
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion Peeled and diced
2 Coves Garlic peeled and crushed
2 Teaspoons Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin


Heat the oil in a saucepan and add steak mince. Fry the beef until browned.
Add the onions, garlic and spices and cook for 2 mins stirring regularly.
Add the tomatoes and stock and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat stirring regularly.
Add the cooked beans and check seasoning. Cook for another 15 mins.

Perfect for : Beef Tacos, Nachos or Chilli with Rice and Sour Cream or as a filling for Baked potatoes.
