1 Whole Cooked Ham with skin off
Cloves for Studding
120 ml Fresh Orange Juice
5 tbspns Brown Sugar
4 Tbspns Dijon Mustard
4 Tbspns Honey
Preheat Oven to 190c. Score the fat on the Ham in a diamond pattern and place a clove in each diamond.
Place Ham on baking tray lined with Tin foil. Place all the other ingredients in a pan and bring to the boil until thickened alternatively use our honey and mustard glaze available in all our shops.
Brush over the Ham and bake for 15 Mins. Glaze again and bake for a further 10 Mins. Repeat until all the Glaze is used and Ham is golden.
Leave to rest for 10 mins before carving.
