Ingredients
1lb Chicken stir fry with Curry Marinade
2 Red Sweet Peppers(Sliced)
1 Packet of Bean Sprouts
200g Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
3 tbsp Mango Chutney
Directions
Mix the Chicken stir fry, Peppers, Bean Sprouts and Coriander together in a bowl.
Spread some Mango Chutney on each Tortilla.
Place a mound of the chicken mix in the middle of the tortilla. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Fold over the 2 sides and roll up into a rectangular shaped wrap.
Place folded side down on a baking tray. Pre-Heat oven to170c.
Bake for approx 25minutes until cooked through.
Note : The above recipe can be used using any of the O’Crualaoi Beef or Chicken Stir Fry
