4 Corn Cobs cooked and cooled
(Flavoured Butter)
100g unsalted butter diced
1 garlic clove crushed
1 teaspoon clear honey
½ teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:

Melt all the ingredients for the flavoured butter. Brush the corn with the butter and barbecue for about 10 minutes turning frequently until nicely browned.
