16 Southern Fried Chicken Goujons
8 Leaves of Baby Gem Lettuce(washed)
4 Soft Tortilla wraps
Sauce
2 Tbsp O’Crualaoi Sweet Chili sauce
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
Tomato Salsa
1 Beef Tomato(large ripe tomato)Diced
1 tbsp chopped red onion
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tspn Sugar

Directions

Place Goujons on a greased tray and bake in pre-heated oven at 180c for approx 20 minutes or until cooked through. Mix the Mayonnaise, Sweet Chili sauce & Coriander together. Mix the chopped Tomato, Onion, and Vinegar & Sugar together.
Spread a good layer of sauce on each tortilla. Place 2 lettuce leaves in the centre of each wrap and top with a spoon of tomato salsa.
