O'Crualaoi's `Ready to Roast' Turkey Breast stuffed with Fresh Herb Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients :
1 Whole Turkey Breast Boned, Rolled and stuffed
12 streaky rashers (optional)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Popper (available from the butcher shop) 
 
Directions :
Place streaky rashers overlapping on the breast of Turkey . 
Season with black pepper .  Stick popper into the middle of the Turkey.
Cover tray with tinfoil and cook in oven at 170c for 1 hour.
Remove tin foil and finish cooking for approx another 30 minutes or until the middle of the popper is raised.
Let stand for 20 mins.
