How to Cook Honey Glazed Bacon

Ingredients
  • Honey Glazed Bacon (approx 1kg)
  • Tin Foil

    Directions
    1. Place Bacon in roasting tray and loosely cover with tin foil.
    2. Roast in oven at 180c/350f/Gas mark 4 for 1 hour.
    3. Remove tin foil and roast for a further 10 minutes until nicely golden.
    4. Remove from tray and let relax for 5 minutes before carving.
    5. Add a little water to the roasting tray and scrape up all the sticky juices.
    6. Add this to your gravy.
