How to Cook Honey Glazed Bacon
Ingredients
Honey Glazed Bacon (approx 1kg)
Tin Foil
Directions
Place Bacon in roasting tray and loosely cover with tin foil.
Roast in oven at 180c/350f/Gas mark 4 for 1 hour.
Remove tin foil and roast for a further 10 minutes until nicely golden.
Remove from tray and let relax for 5 minutes before carving.
Add a little water to the roasting tray and scrape up all the sticky juices.
Add this to your gravy.
