Ó Crualaoí Best ever Chilli

Ingredients
- Ó Crualaoí Round Steak Mince
- 1 Tin Cooked Kidney beans drained
- 2 Tins Chopped Tomatoes
- 500ml Chicken Stock (use a cube and water)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 onion Peeled and diced
- 2 Coves Garlic peeled and crushed
- 2 Teaspoons Chilli Powder
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
Directions
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and add steak mince. Fry the beef until browned.
- Add the onions, garlic and spices and cook for 2 mins stirring regularly.
- Add the tomatoes and stock and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat stirring regularly.
- Add the cooked beans and check seasoning. Cook for another 15 mins.
Perfect for : Beef Tacos, Nachos or Chilli with Rice and Sour Cream or as a filling for Baked potatoes. |
